And let the fun continue for the entire month with Out of the Blue’s spirit of Holi! The Bandra and Powaioutlets have designed a Special Holi Month Menu, which will be available till March 31, 2012. The restaurants will showcase an array of cultures and their different colours through exceptional food and drinks.
Here’s a glimpse of the treat you’re going to be in for!
Food — Grilled lamb chops with jus, mushroom pilaf, crisp salad and sautéed veggies; herbed potato rosti with jalapeno-spiced curried fricassee; sea food piruleta with mole dip; nacho tart with salsa verde; Caribbean envy fondue; and jerk-spiced chicken, green banana crisp, wild rice and beans.
Cocktails Menu — Los Angeles: on the rocks, drink made with the finest bourbon and a hint of vanilla; Limburg: frozen twist to a Mexican classic; Casablanca: Caribbean flavours in India; Barracoda: fruity cocktail with dark rum; and Montenegro: a blend of blackcurrant with bourbon.
Mocktails Menu —Jersey Lily: a grape mocktail to refresh your senses; Shocked!: a medley of juices to extract the desired effect; Appleade: green apple version of the fizzy drink; Caribbean Sea: fresh juices to create a tempting mix; Emprise glory: berries combine to create a vibrant mocktail; and Getaway Sunrise: an orange and apple juice mix, with rose that renders a delicious taste to this mocktail!
